Golf fans worldwide have been waiting patiently for Green Gables, an original Stanley Thompson design of 1939 to be brought up to the standards of today's golfing expectations. World-renowned golf architect Thomas McBroom, has taken the bar and raised it to an elevation of the highest standards. McBroom has taken this 6800-yard masterpiece and has stretched it into over 7000 yards of golfing paradise, by respecting the character and history of the 1939 design. McBroom's, vision can only be seen to be appreciated, bringing back the old bunker designs and character as well as opening up the course to ocean views. The infusion of waves and sand dunes of the north shore almost pale in comparison to the new look of this unbelievable golf course.
