One of the true exceptional and mind-soothing sites for golf, between the ocean and the National Park mountains, Connemara seems to transport you back hundreds of years while playing. It has the feel of being a course for hundreds of years, yet really only born of the early 70's with lots of rough & thickets as you approach the greens. Out of the way and isolated, it is just under 2 hours drive from Galway.
