A true one off experience in a magical location in North Wales.  Portmeirion is a recreated Italian themed village which is on a private peninsula quietly on its own, minutes from Porthmadog.  Overlooking the sea, sand and mountains,  the 42 eclectic rooms and suites are spacious, spread out around the property for privacy and views.   Some suites are in buildings within the village square,  beside shops,  overlooking the gardens and in Italian architectural buildings high above the seafront.  There are 13 rooms within the small sea front hotel, complete with dining room, lounge to enjoy meals and quiet times before and after golf (Pictured).   Upon arrival on property is the Boutique Hotel of Castell Deudraeth,  a 11 room, 19th century house,that has a is castle-like exterior,  but modern decor, services and look to the interior.  Spacious rooms and suites are available within the setting,  and really throughout Wales most unique accommodations available.   Minutes to Royal St.David's and Portmadog courses, makes this a perfect central point to any stay in the area.

Facilities: 

There is small shops, tea rooms, gardens and extensive grounds, in addition to an outdoor pool area.  Portmeirion also offers a choice of fine dining areas and lounges with roaring fires for that realxing apres golf atmosphere. Breakfast served daily.

Various sizes of moderate rooms and suites are available. Most come with 2 twins beds of 1 queen of double bed.  Rooms can be arranged in 3 catagories  Portmeirion Hotel rooms,  the Village suites or the Castle Deudraeth rooms and suites.    Each with internet access, cable TV, private bath/shower and min-fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
